Each and every sale is final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted. Please keep in mind that we have the right to refuse any and all returns. On any goods, 9428-9691 Québec inc. does not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds of any type. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Issues and damages
Please examine your purchase when it arrives and call us within three days. If the item is faulty or damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us so that we can analyse the problem and make the necessary corrections. Before returning an item to us for a refund or exchange, we must be contacted through email within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping policy
Time to complete processing
Within 3-5 business days, orders will be processed and dispatched. This period does not include the time it takes for consumers to receive their goods due to shipping delays. During periods of heavy volume, processing time may be longer. You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Address verification
It's critical that you double-check your address before completing your purchase, since after it's been completed, we won't be able to modify it. If relevant, please include the apartment unit number. If a shipment is returned to us due to an inaccurate address and charges are incurred, the customer is liable for such charges.
Fees not included in the price
Additional taxes and customs inspections may apply to orders sent to the United States. If there are any additional expenses, such as taxes, brokerage fees, customs fees, and so on. These fees are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. 9428-9691 Québec inc. cannot be held liable for import rules, nor can we be held liable for any expenses imposed on orders due to tariffs and taxes.

The 9428-9691 Québec inc. is not liable for any shipping delays caused by customs, natural events, or strikes or delays in air or ground transportation, nor for any additional taxes, customs, or back end costs once the shipment has left Canada.
